Bushwick CrossFit is a strength and conditioning facility that produces results by effectively and efficiently combining powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics and high intensity cardio. There is not a program anywhere that works with a greater diversity of tools, modalities, and drills--all taught with focus on proper form and execution of movements.

COACH
Certifications:
CrossFit Level 1
Naomie has been coaching at Bushwick CrossFit since Spring 2016. Her relationship with fitness started with HIIT classes, which piqued her interest in learning more about this-so-called “CrossFit”. She took her first intro class at Bushwick CrossFit and immediately felt the urgency to join. After receiving her CrossFit Level 1 certification, she began coaching at both CrossFit Prospect Heights and Bushwick CrossFit. While she focuses on Weightlifting, she continues to condition with CrossFit. Naomie understands first hand what a full body transformation means and continues to identify with her students regardless of their age or athletic background.

Keith "Sweaters" Moore
Assistant Coach
Certifications:

Keith grew up in small-town Oklahoma and played a handful of sports in school, but he was always more comfortable reading books than running laps. After graduating college, and gaining a few pounds (well... a lot more than a few) Keith signed up for a free-intro class with some friends. He did some burpees, threw up, went home, and decided something needed to change. Since then, Keith has been CrossFitting in boxes across Brooklyn since 2013, and began assistant coaching at Bushwick CrossFit in January of 2018. Keith believes that everyone has to start somewhere, and is genuinely happy to share his experience and help others accomplish their fitness goals.
