Bushwick CrossFit athletes! Here is the down low on the Whole30 paleo challenge starting this Monday, April 13th!

Whole30 simply outlined:
Eat real foods – meat, fish, eggs, tons of vegetables, some fruit and plenty of good fats (nuts, seeds, avocados). Eat foods with very few ingredients, all pronounceable ingredients, or better yet, no ingredients listed at all because they’re totally natural and unprocessed.
What you can expect on Monday:
- Come into class as usual. Either Coach James or Coach Geo will be running the classes.
- We will be doing the benchmark workout: “Cindy” (20 minute AMRAP: 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats). If you need to scale the workout, do so as you normally would. We will try to finish up class a little bit early, so Whole30 participants can:
- Fill out the entry form
- Weigh in
- Take before pics
- Submit entry fee: $20
Challenge length: One Month (April 13th – May 11th)
Prizes: Male and Female winner will each win $100 and a free month of Unlimited classes at Bushwick CrossFit. (FYI: the remainder of the entry money will be used for an end of challenge party!)
Winners will be chosen by the coaches and assistant coaches based on the before and after picture, before and after WOD times, and before and after weight.
